Please be sure you can make your showing appointment, or let me know in advance if you cannot. The rent is $1,500 plus utilities. First, last security, required. Tenant pays all utilities, oil, city water, sewer, trash pickup. No smoking. Available Now. Small kitchen, dining room, living room, single bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. The house interior has been newly painted. New appliances, refinished floors, new carpet, New windows. One-car garage with workshop space, great for crafting or building! There are a washer and dryer in the house available for your use, or they can be taken out. There is a framed in-air conditioner also available for your use in the downstairs of the house. Tenant pays utilities, oil heat, electric, water, sewer, & trash pickup. Grass mowing is covered by the landlord, tenant responsible for snow removal. Pets considered on an individual basis, a one-time $100 pet fee applies. Nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping, and hospitals. Two non-family references required as well as a background, and credit check, if not applying through Zillow, a $30 application fee is required. Identity verified applicants who fill out a complete application on Zillow will take priority over non-verified applicants. Thanks!
