About this House

Relocated seller has priced it to MOVE! The busy parent will appreciate the kids getting to Elementary, Middle & High Schools w/ ease from this BIRCH MEADOW neighborhood, not to mention the YMCA & parks. Perched attractively on a corner, this sprawling home lives larger than you'd expect...higher ceilings & GREAT sized living spaces provide you with room for all to enjoy. The LR is bright & offers a most attractive FP (seller never used), HW floors & flows beautifully to a sun-filled family room... ideal for informal gathering, playing, or just hanging-out. The kitchen is surely the heart-beat here...grand in size, tasteful in style, & beautifully appointed w/ stainless appliances, pretty tiled floor, granite counters, & charming wainscoting. There's even a little "mud-room" coming in from the drive-way on one side, while the other has a slider leading to the deck & great yard. • Adam Graham
"We bought our home here in Reading 13 years ago when our first child was 1. We have 2 now and have been very happy with the schools and arts programs. Lots of walkers and joggers, several solid restaurants and take out places, a liquor store that has the biggest craft beer selection I've ever seen in my life, nice police officers, good road upkeep. I'm very happy to be raising my kids in this town."
  • 4yztwzyc4k
"Friendly people not a lot of noise. Lots of trees and grass. Town forest is very close by. Not a lot of trash"
  • Shauntsullivan
"Plenty of dogs in the neighborhood. Very friendly and most neighbors walk with leases. It is rare but being close to the woods and/or highway there are some fisher cats in recent years. Today a coyote was spotted in the neighborhood. Again, that was reported maybe 7 times in 10 years but pet owners need to keep an eye out for the little ones! "
  • Johnsonle
