      "Belfair is a gorgeous area of recreational paradise. I am searching for property here,however do be careful when buying "as is " Fannie Mae sales! FNMA sales often list appliances etc.as part of sales price,but will not allow Buyer in writing to include these items in their sales contract. If items go missing FNMA will not replace them !. "
