"They would love it. There is lots of parks and walking areas in the neighborhood. I don’t know anything about not liking this neighborhood. It’s safe , walkable and tons of nature and outdoor space."

"There are some homeless in the area, but for the most part all neighbors are pretty friendly. The park is okay, though I feel the tennis court could use more tending to. There are a lot of fast drivers, so definitely keep an eye on kids and keep them out of the street. "

"This neighborhood has a good amount of kids from toddler to high school living here. There are 3 parks with different ways of being active within them. "

"If you can use public transit it’s conveniently located near multiple neighborhoods. Otherwise heavy traffic between the hours of 630-930 am and 230-6 pm"

"My commute is awful the most awful commute I ever have had. 20 miles will take you 45 minutes almost every day and every time and the traffic is getting worse later in the day even to 9 o’clock."
