Come home to your beautiful screened lanai with heated pool for refreshing relaxation after a day of sightseeing or beach-bumming. An outdoor dining table (seats 6) is perfect for those nights you'd prefer to eat at home.

The fully equipped kitchen has absolutely everything you'll need, and overlooks the pool.

Our comfortable open living room is equipped with a 50" TV and free WiFi is provided for our guests. The home is decorated with a coastal vibe and unique furnishings. You're in Florida now!

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the guestroom has a

trundle and bunk combination.

The garage is supplied with all the necessities required for a day at the beach and includes two bicycles if you'd like to explore the Legacy Bike Trail that goes from Venice to Sarasota. And there's a fully equipped laundry too!

Our vacation home is close to shopping, dining, boating, fishing, hiking, biking and golf. Downtown Venice, a palm tree-lined village with quaint shops and many fine restaurants, is only a short 10 minute drive.

Venice, Florida is the shark-tooth capital of the world, and many beachcombers find these hidden gems while strolling along the water's edge.

    "The EastGate neighborhood is a hidden gem. There are a number of nice, older homes on good-sized lots, with many being upgraded with every new owner or already renovated. There are also many future opportunities as you look around. It's a perfect location between historic downtown Venice on the Island, and east to I-75 and the new areas being built out there. There's a Publix a block over and Venice Avenue isn't as busy as Route 41. Even with all the growth and new development, this part of Venice remains low-key and very pleasant. The homes here are a good value for the money and worth either buying and renovating, or buying an upgraded one. One of the best areas in the city that is not on the island, and my family has been here since the early 90s."
