  • Pcunningham2008
"People on this cul-de-sac know each other and appreciate the proximity to major attractions, while enjoying a deer and a fox now and then. Neighbors are safety conscious and amicable, stopping for friendly chats on their walks during nice weather. A short walk brings you to the YMCA, Downingtown East High School, Lionville Middle and elementary schools, and the LYA youth athletic fields. In the summer time, we can here the distant call of the ball games and in the fall, you can hear the school marching band practicing after school. Multiple generations have lived on the street since the 60's, which gives it an old-fashioned, small town feel. Yards are spacious and well kept and the mix is varied and multi-generational. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!"
  • Deb K.
"lived here 18 years excellent super quiet close to everything."
  • lrob720
