  • Rob R.
"Few people choose to live here, it is out of necessity because it is cheap and Marshalltown is full of income based government dependant housing. "
  • Sherreeblacl
"I've lived in this neighborhood for over 5 years now and I love it. the neighbors are nice and they keep their yards up. the kids play and are very respectful. "
  • Shelli F.
"13th Street area is being revitalized with new businesses. This is near the Iowa Veterans Home, but is on a busy street."
  • binkydonna
" There is no additional shopping as the Mall is almost non-existamt. One would need to travel to a further location (Wal Mart) to find the strip mall there. Strip Malls being( inconvenient in the winter months) definitely take away from the pleasant shopping that used to be so readily available on this side of town."
