7) Approval based on credit check and general background check (NOTE: Credit scores below 600 may require additional security deposit; Example: 2 times the monthly rent equals the security deposit)
8) Application packets required for any resident 18 years or older residing in the unit (Cost approximately $47 per individual 18 years or older)
9) 1 month security deposit minimum to secure unit (Certified funds only) (NOTE: Additional Security Deposit may be required)
10) 12 months (1 year) minimum lease
11) 1 month rent paid in order to access unit (Certified funds only). After initial payment, personal check or echeck payment network accepted by 5th of the month. After 5th, certified funds only accepted and late fee's will apply.
12) Before providing access, we must have proof of RENTER'S INSURANCE with Independence Realty named as additional insured
