They accused kids of racial comments with no proof

We moved to this school after my oldest had attended two other elementary schools. Mount Carmel is far beyond either of the other schools. The transparency is great when it comes to school work and the teachers have helped my kid work through emotional issues with kindness and attention.

There is so much bullying to other students. Said bullies are never held accountable. They are free to say hateful things and never be punished.

The house system in my opinion is too loud and too forcing upon the students. My child was told by a teacher that if he didn't stand up and dance she would write him up in the notebook and give him ISS. In the morning on Fridays, there is a pep rally, where the students all dance and yell and sing. My child has told me that every single Friday they are blasting music and it gives him headaches and ruins his love for Fridays. I understand what the school is trying to do with the students, but I wish they could understand that not every student wants to scream and yell every morning on Friday.
