House centrally located in Castro Valley. It is conveniently near downtown, BART, library, supermarket and has easy access to freeway (I-880 & I-580). It is even walkable to downtown with excellent schools. If you are interested, please contact me and please provide a short introduction of yourself and family that will be renting.

House is in a quiet neighbor. Kitchen has wood cabinets, granite countertops, laminate flooring, skylight and dishwasher. Refinished hardwood for the entire house. Central heating and ceiling fans are in each bedroom. Garage has storage cabinets and is attached to main house. Alarm system not activated. Washing machine and dryer are provided in house.

Note that picture frames and household items displayed in picture will be removed. House is available the first week of December.

Rent is $3,000 per month.
$4,000 Security Deposit
Utilities (PG&E and Water) are responsible and pay by tenant.
Tenant is also required to maintain garden/landscape (front and backyard) in organized condition.
No smoking and pets.
Tenant will need to agree and sign a 1 year lease agreement.
Tenant shall show 2 months proof of income and good credit history.
