This has to be the worst school on the planet. Incompetent staff, teachers take 2 - 3 days per week off, no continuity for the students. Much favoritism, much bullying, little caring, no compassion. Can't seem to keep a superintendent for more than one year. Enormous waste of money, time and effort.

As a student, I have always attended Antonito and I believe that my education level is higher than some students in Colorado. Education is the main goal in any school, especially in Antonito High School. We may not have everything that other schools have, but we have very intelligent teachers that care for the students. Teachers care that we learn. I believe that it is the student's choice whether they want to increase the knowledge they have or not. Many extracurricular activities are offered for us, if our grades are high enough to participate. I have spoken to students from around the San Luis Valley and found that this year, they are taking some of the classes that I have already completed!
