Dr. Clark/Vale is a horrible leader who does not communicate properly with parents. There has been many instances where bullying, inappropriateness, or threats have been made and she handled every situation poorly. I emailed her a few times as a concerned parent and she would never answer my questions and instead just beat around the bush. Also parent involvement is practically non existent. We were not allowed to walk our children to class or be in the classroom for special days. I’ve never been to a school that limits each student to two adults attending performances. We got lucky with two out of three great teachers from our time there. Also when asked about the special education program, the staff knew nothing. My questions were answered poorly and it terrified me to enter my nonverbal child.

It also has a vibrant theater scene, with the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts presenting musicals and dance shows. Large-scale sporting events and concerts take place at the Toyota Center. Local dining includes upscale grills, casual taquerias and sushi spots."

"I work downtown less than a mile from my home. It usually takes me no more than 5 minutes door to door, with the exception of when there are major sporting events, concerts or conventions that bring in additional traffic to downtown. I usually walk to work during those occasions to avoid traffic. "

"It takes about 30 minutes to trace from here everywhere In HOUSTON, but it’s scary at night. Many homeless people and panhandlers in downtown Houston. Many shelters in down town. Police doesn’t enforce anything around this area. For the most streets are clean in the areas where the homeless don’t hang around. The worst is on I-45 right at down town, homeless are in abundance to many to count."
