This house was extensively renovated less than 3 years ago with new kitchen appliances, new HVAC, a new 30 yr architectural shingled roof, as well as new carpet, vinyl floors and paint throughout. The house also has new energy efficient windows. House is in excellent condition and is in a great neighborhood in highly desirable Fox-Hill. Open family room and eating area. The dining area and kitchen are easily accessible to a large, privacy fenced back yard through a sliding glass door.

Amenities include central gas heat, gas hot water and central air conditioning. House has large closets in the family room and each bedroom. Less than 10 minutes to LAFB (about 5 miles) and close to 64 for access to other area bases. The house is close to nearby schools. Garbage is picked up by the city of Hampton.

The house has a shed for lawn equipment and tool storage. The laundry room has additional space for shelves and tool storage.

Pets (dog and/or cat) are permitted. Dogs are permitted provided the dog is a breed that is not typically considered to be a dangerous breed. No exotic pets. The pet deposit is fully refundable.

The lease is for 1 year and after 1 year there is an option to renew for another year or go month to month. The lease is written with the automatic month to month renewal built in.

Tenant is responsible for utilities - gas, electric, water, HRSD which is typical. The application fee is $35 per adult resident. The signed lease and security deposit reserves the property. All funds must be paid electronically meaning by DFAS, Zelle, Bank to Bank transfer etc. I prorate the 1st month but I don't prorate the last month. Tenant responsible for cutting the lawn and cleaning the gutters etc - which is typical.
