Home entry=New marble tiles, New kitchen Porcelain tiles, New kitchen counter tops, Special wall tiles in cooking area over the stove, New backyard entry door (double glass with internal shades), one walking closet (upstairs bedroom) was completely re-done and expanded, New backyard fence and many more upgrades!!House has a unique design (Wide open space/high ceilings).
It is situated in a strategic location (walking distance from 2 major hospitals: Medical center of Plano and Plano Baylor hospital, few steps from specialty hospital, Walking distance from central Bus station, close to Hwy 190 (George Bush toll road) walking distance to CVS, Sams-Club, 24 hours Wal-Mart).
