"No public transit. Everything is in within walking distance. Roads are well paved. Not many holes. Walking distance for everything. "
  • Tina S.
"Most dogs are in enclosed areas or at least chained up. Some of my neighbors have dogs that are constantly barking, it can be a problem when walking your dog in the neighborhood. There is two or three parks here and one of them even has an adjacent dog park that is enclosed. I haven't heard of any dogs getting loose and biting anyone, seriously that is. "
  • Tina S.
"I've lived in this neighborhood for about three years and the folks here are quiet but friendly. I would recommend this area to anyone looking for peace and quiet. "
  • Tina S.
"we have several high school events, there is food truck Friday. there are several garage sales throughout the spring and summer. trick or treating on Halloween. there are churches that host parties in the park. the area here is safe and I feel like the entire neighborhood looks after everyone's kids and houses."
  • Tina S.
"my neighborhood is convenient to local roads. the neighbors are nice and friendly. the school is close by and I am happy to be living in this area again. it is a quiet community with a friendly atmosphere. I love having a garden, a yard and ample room to spread out. walking through my neighborhood is safe and relaxing. "
  • Saramcrooks
"Small town but close enough to things you need. Everyone greets each other with a smile and hello. So many great people!"
  • Just S.
"If I would recommend it to anyone it would be family w/ kids. But would I recommend it in the end? NO WAY! They take small town gossip to the next level! Not to mention it isn't very pet friendly, but on the up side to that they do have a local vet. Which is an up side in general, they have a local dentist and family doctor. They do have a couple shops nearby (ex family dollar) but I would not recommend them. I wouldn't recommend the restaurants either for that matter,.... The only part I liked about living there is I didn't have to own a car. Everything was w/in walking distance, very much a plus for me."
