Welcome to this cozy, fully furnished apartment in a quiet, friendly neighborhood an easygoing place to settle in and feel at home.

The unit features a private entrance with a keypad lock, a fenced yard and porch, and an in-unit washer and dryer for everyday convenience. Dedicated parking is included, and the apartment is handicap accessible.

You'll be within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and some great small-town favorites like Ruby Cattle Company (locally raised Black Angus meat and wine tastings), Katie's Cafe & Bakery (known for delicious lattes and treats), and nearby boutiques like Petals and Gobel West. There are also sweet shops and antique stores close by for weekend browsing.

Matthew's Park is nearby for walking or jogging, several gyms are within a mile, and grocery stores are just about 1.5 miles away, making errands simple.

I live on-site in the main home (the apartment is attached), and the goal here is a calm, respectful, comfortable environment for everyone.

This space is a great fit for a traveling medical professional, remote worker, or digital nomad looking for a peaceful home base with everything you need nearby.

Lease Terms
Minimum lease term is 6 months. First month's rent, last month's rent, and a $725 security deposit are due at signing.

Rent includes all utilities, 1GB high-speed internet, and twice-monthly cleaning of the unit.

The space is best suited for one to two people.

Pets may be considered if they are fully house-trained, calm, and not destructive. If left alone, pets should be supervised or safely crated. Please clean up any pet waste in the yard.

We just ask that the apartment be treated with care and returned at move-out in the same clean, move-in-ready condition.
Also, to protect the walls: no nail holes please use removable sticky tabs or double-sided tape only for hanging items.

This is a smoke-free unit (no smoking inside or on the porch).

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM, so everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.

The apartment comes with dedicated parking spots for tenants.
