Also people chain dogs outside and keep them there no matter the weather and animal control can’t do anything about it because the laws here are so lax. People will also allow their dogs to run freely like cats. Animal owners in Moberly MO suck. The good ones are few and far between. "

    "Moberly is a small town with urban influences. Just like with any town, there are good and bad parts. Beautiful parks though. A great little dog park. This town has really been trying to make a comeback by revitalizing the downtown and launching new community events and traditions."
