Located on John Day river, between Mitchell and Fossil, near Painted Hills, where the pavement ends. Four bedrooms, two and a half baths, large yard and fenced garden/orchard, kids' play area, covered bbq, two car carport and small garage, amazing spring water, on about 500 acres that borders wilderness area. Only the house and yard are for rent, if you would like more please ask. Nice swimming-hole beach across alfalfa field, fishing access possible, on scenic bikeway, lots of wildlife. In quiet river valley, usually sunny and dry, mild winter weather, hot summers, great stars. Also, it isn't depicted accurately on the map, really maybe a half mile east, but still on the property.
Electricity about $200-250/mo. High speed (24 Mbps) internet $52.30 mo. No smoking or pets indoors, may be kept outdoors if they don't bother the neighbors.
