A 16 x 44 Addition was added in 2010. This would be perfect for an extended family suite. There is a separate entrance with front and back porches. A large living/dining space. A Kitchenette (no stove but room for one) Large bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet.

Furnace/Heat pump in good working order, Air conditioning duct work is all in place but needs new compressor. Currently the home is being cooled with window units and they work well.

There are three detached storage/workshop buildings, all of them measure 12 x 10 two are wood and one is steel.
