Bakery and 3 Bedroom house Property for sale is 4 lots, rectangular is shape and contains 14,000 square feet with dimensions of 100 x 140. In the house, there are 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with laundry area and 1 bath that was remodeled in March of 2011. There is a partial basement that contains approx. 360 square feet. The basement is unfinished and used for a utility area. The remainder of the area is crawl space. To the rear of the house is an 8 x 12 wood deck. Behind the house is a 20 x 20 two car garage with an attached 20 x 18 long carport. There is a concrete drive extending off 4th street. In 2007 the bakery and house went under a major remodel with all new vinyl siding, soffit and fascia new Pella windows throughout both buildings, new roof (30 yr. shingles),and new commercial front door to the bakery. Bakery opened in February of 2003 and has been a thriving business ever since, There are many possibilities with this business, you can leave it like it is, add more to the existing product line, even develop a wholesale business with the restaurants in the surrounding areas. I didnt want to get too big, but the possibility if wanted is there. The bakery has a great name and people drive from up to 70 miles to get our product. Also, in 8 years of doing business, I have only raised prices once; they are definitely ready for another increase. Another possibility to increase sales would be to open the bakery on Mondays, I never wanted to be open on Monday however there would be a considerable amount of interest if the new buyer did so.
