It's located in the Ranches at Eagle Mountain, a mountain golf course community with many walking trails. We've taken great care of the home and kept it basically like new! The floor plan is very unique. The entry is beautiful with vaulted ceilings and a large staircase. I love that it feels open from the moment you walk in the door, and yet there are no views into the kitchen or bedrooms (that's usually not the first thing you want someone seeing). The family room/kitchen area is open and very spacious. We love the size of the kitchen, all the cupboard space, and the granite counter tops. The pantry is HUGE (this is probably our favorite feature, it's not your standard corner pantry, it's a walk-in pantry that goes the entire length of the kitchen). As I said, we love the floor plan, along with the large open spaces there is a ton of storage

    "There are a lot of schools and many are max capacity as they can’t seem to keep up with the growth of the area. Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."
