Lease Terms
Minimum lease term is 30 consecutive days.
Monthly rent includes water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet, electricity, pool service, and landscaping (reasonable utility usage applies).
A $3,000 refundable security deposit is required.
A $385 non-refundable cleaning fee applies to all stays.
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $300 refundable pet deposit per approved pet is required. Maximum of two pets.
Renter's insurance is required for the duration of the lease.
Maximum occupancy is 6 adults.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and all cigarette waste must be properly disposed of.
No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted. Please respect the quiet residential neighborhood and neighboring homes.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible when possible and based on availability and cleaning schedules.
Rent is due according to the lease agreement. A signed lease and all required deposits and fees must be received before occupancy.
The home is fully furnished and features a private pool, fully equipped garage gym, Smart TVs, dedicated office/workspace, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, oversized driveway with RV gate, and all the comforts of home.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and promptly reporting any maintenance issues.
The swimming pool is not fenced. Adult supervision is required at all times for children and non-swimmers, and guests assume all responsibility for pool use.
