The exterior of the house has 5 new motion sensor lights, 3 new security wooden gates with locks and enclosed trash bin area, new freshly planted flowers, shrubs, trees, and about 90 ficus trees to create a lush security wall in the backyard with their own drip lines and sprinkler systems.
In the front and backyard, new grass and lawn are being installed with new sprinkler systems.

The house is newly remodeled to meet the simple demand for clean lines, light and airy space, cleanliness, modern, and low maintenance, while providing homey feel in a safe and friendly neighborhood.
