"Itโ€™s very good and closer to other places, I can get downtown without any problems, besides the crime levels "
  • Luvwarren
"Fences are very old and lots of neighbors have multiple dogs, even aggressive or non-stop barking ones. Also, clearing lands near due to construction is forcing coyotes into the neighborhoods. "
  • Samuel M.
"I have lived in my neighborhood for for 30 years and its still as peaceful and quiet as it was when I was a child. The neighbors are polite, friendly, and over all great. It's within walking distance for the middle school and high school where both my children attended. "
  • Kristin H.
"Lots of families and kids and they run through our yard constantly. Definitely getting a fence at the next place. The kids also try to get in our house.. not sure what theyโ€™re thinking. Neighbors also have over flowing trash that flies into our yard.. and stays there. They also donโ€™t know how to take care of their dogs. They either string them up outside and leave them while they cry for an hour or so or they just let them free roam in the streets, in our yard, etc. "
  • Jillyanne B.
"Big dog park. The dogs bark all night long and itโ€™s getting annoying. You can walk dogs for free at the dog park "
  • Ashleywalters1089
"My specific neighborhood is known all the way to charlotte for the amount of trick or treaters we have and almost every house gives candy!! And there is always a yardsale going on through here "
  • Ashley Hibbler
"my neighborhood is very quiet. the most noise we hear are kids playing and dogs. light traffic, very well shaded with mature trees. some wildlife may be spotted like deer, possums and raccoons, and the birds sound so amazing in the spring. woodpeckers, Cardinals, and owl. I absolutely love this neighborhood. a little peace of country heaven but still close enough to downtown Dallas and Gastonia. "
  • Kylelewiscreed
"You can walk your dog all over our neighborhood. Everyone is very welcoming as well as long as you have a leash on the dog."
  • Ashley P.
"the local small branch library is amazing! not just for the books, but the staff is wonderful and all year long they do weekly activities like Lego Club and arts and crafts so your children actually want to go. it really is great."
  • Randy M. B.
"The HOA is terrible. The pool is nice, and it has a small playground by it. Constant construction. Neibhor Hood is great, would not have moved if not for the HOA, horrible people"
