Very Quiet 4-plex houses this unit 2 with a shared block wall with unit 3. Need a small place with very little to take care of? This is a small, quaint unit perfect for 1 person on their own. The kitchen has solid cabinets, freshly painted in a light grey, stainless steel gas stove/oven, small refrigerator. This unit is similar to a studio but has a bedroom with a cabinet and closet and bathroom. The back door of the bedroom opens to the outside with desert landscape and plants/tree planned. You can enter your apartment from the front or back door. Fully furnished with ROKU TV in the living room and bedroom and Wi-Fi is included with streaming service to the television. Independent work desk that is adjustable height with electric. Pots, pans, dishes all included along with spices for cooking, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, water boiler and 2 seat dinette. We have a shared laundry in a secure building with security cameras located around the property on the outside of homes. Conveniently located near 40th street between Oak Street and McDowell. Grocery nearby and Costco, Quick Trip, Walmart and Home Depot.

1-3 month lease agreement required. Applicants must exhibit a responsible financial life. Income should at least 2.5 x the rent amount.

No Pets allowed
No smoking in the apartment.
All utilities including wifi are included.
Tenant is responsible for trash can placement 1 day a week and recycle bin placement.
One parking spot is provided off of the street, additional parking is street parking.
24 Security Camera Surveillance to maintain safety and integrity of the complex and tenants.
Applicants must not have any previous evictions. No pets or smoking allowed.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
