The hobby room was set up for doing leatherwork and has a cupboard along with shelves and drawers. If a buyer would want a larger bedroom with a bath, the insulated garage could be made into larger living quarters. There was a toilet located near the hobby room in the east end of the home. I had it removed and put in shelves for more storage.
