"Being able to walk around without feeling unsafe and seeing that the place is clean and well maintained "
  • Qkh2rwyxqw
"Crowded and overpopulated, lots of animals. Stray cats & dogs. I’ve lived here my entire life. I love this community & most of the people. Our little city has grown tremendously in the past 10 years, many of them long term residents - expanding family. Others, transplants from up North & many from the SW. "
  • 9yp8pxh6s4
"Some areas have more sidewalks than others. It would also be nice for more dog spaces, like open run areas, not fenced dog parks. "
  • Andrés Benavides
"Needs a lot of improvement but has the opportunity to improve. Needs more school and better living conditions "
  • Adjelb
"I drive 6 minutes to get to where I work. No public transportation where I live currently. Lots of stores."
  • Ernest Montgomery
"In our Legacy Concord community, there have been numerous events held in the clubhouse, whether geared toward pets, adults, children, or families."
  • Doattersm
"Close to restaurants and shopping, gas and schools . It’s important to be close to it all . Less driving and get to shopping in and out and then home . "
  • Cw9z46z7hp
"It’s honestly a good place to hanging out and be around friends and family. It a good place to settle down and start a life for yourself."
  • Kadejah Johnson
"I enjoy living here. I Love this neighborhood and the people here are very friendly. Lots of holiday spirit "
  • Ncjsk41
"I have lived in this neighborhood for eight years. The people on my street are friendly and caring. Kids of all ages play outside together and are respectful of each other. There is a very strong sense of community on my street, and by far the best neighborhood I have ever lived. The bad part is the city continually clears nearby forest and farm land to add mostly apartments and rentals which drive down property valuse. Those who live outside of my subdivision also use our streets as a cut through and speed through the neighborhood throwing garbage and running stop signs. The city also refuses to improve existing infrastructure, so the schools, roads, and businesses are severely overcrowded. Because of this overcrowding and lack of planning from the city/county, our community has reached its apex and is beginning to decline. As such, we will need to move within the next five years."
  • Trulia User
"good area with nice neighbors and friendly people and local law enforcement ............................................"
  • Leo
"Spring Youth Softball Openings. Concord Parks and Recreation. Great schools near by offering a lot of community events. "

  • Erin T.
"We moved here last year, and love it. The people are friendly, the community is diverse and everyone stays pretty respectful of one another. "
  • Joeyhollenback23
"It takes a few to get out of the neighborhood but that is only because it is a large area. But the commute is fairly easy. 485 is not far at all. I work I. Charlotte and so does my wife and the commute isn’t bad. 85 is also not far as well"
  • Laura F.
"What makes this neighborhood unique is that people are very hospitable, friendly and respectful towards you."
  • Latiesha M. H.
"You definitely need a car to drive everywhere. A lot of jobs are out of this area. It’s also a great place to raise children and very safe for them to go outside "
  • Jennica P. .
