This apartment is in a two unit building. Access to the building is in the alley, but mail boxes are at the address 401A and B/403 Bodem Street. Parking for 2 cars is provided for each apartment. Apartment B is on the upper level, accessed by stairs.
Private yard and parking area are to be maintained by the tenant and kept free of clutter, trash and weeds. Landlord allows tenant to use their own creativity in the yard.
A shared laundry room with hook ups for tenants to use their own electric washer and dryer is available on the property and is to be kept clean by the tenant.
Landlord provides a storage unit, small stove, regular sized refrigerator, 1 window air conditioner and gas wall heater. Landlord pays water and sewer. Tenant pays garbage service (required), electric, gas and any cable or internet service.
Both units are non-smoking, no open flame such as candles in the apartment, no open flame BBQ (gas ok) or fire pit and NO pets.

This apartment is not a lease but a month to month contract. Required at the time of signing rental contract, $900.00 security deposit and $960.00 rent, payable there after on the first of each month.

    "This neighborhood is well lit for the most part at night. Everyone keeps their yard maintained. We have families and homeowners of all ages and all are active in walking through the neighborhood, riding bicycles and walking their dogs. Our neighborhood is quiet and without drama. I feel safe walking around at night. The only major complaint I have about the neighborhood I live in now, is that vehicles have a tendency to not realize how fast they going intentionally or not it can be frustrating. All in all I love living here. The elementary school is just a few blocks away for my son to attend and for my daughter to catch the bus. That is another fantastic perk about this neighborhood, the public transportation, MAXX bus is literally just around the corner!! I live within walking distance of two different parks. I am close to the shopping center, pharmacy, retail stores and almost every type and kind of fast food you could imagine."
