1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son went to this school 14 years ago, he graduated in 2014 from East Rowan but was bullied at Erwin the first 2 years and the teachers and staff did nothing about it. They also wouldn’t give my son EC classes even though we had proof from his other school and doctors. He tested one point over on their tests so needless to say we got him tested outside of school and finally got him help but it came to late because he was in 9th grade before he got EC classes. Looking at the reviews I can see that nothing has changed. Still not doing anything about bullying and test scores say they still are not paying attention. Glad my grandkids will not go here.Other Review1y ago13 Reviews - East Rowan High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe county is so cheap they won't hire more bus drivers so my middle schoolers and high schoolers that get out and hour apart from each other, have to ride the same bus 376 which is always late and by the time the bus gets to the high school after dropping the middle schoolers off, its 430-5pm before my high schooler gets dropped off when she gets out at 330pm.Parent Review9mo ago4 Reviews - Granite Quarry Elementary School

Parent Review2y ago8 Reviews - Check out schools near 403 Bendix Dr.

"I’ve lived here in the farming district for 20+ yrs. So beautiful quiet. Most family owned land. We want it to stay that way "

"I have lived here for 20 years and know most of the neighbors. We borrow from each other and share our goods. Old fashion neighborhood like your grandmother may have lived in back in the day. "

"I have lived in the neighborhood on South Main for 3 months...the neighborhood is ok except for the repetitive gun violence that takes place in the area and the drug addicts..If you move in the area beware and keep close watch on your property as there are people that break in your home and steal your property overall the neighbors are nice. And if you have children I wouldn't recommend not a children friendly neighborhood alot of drug activity in the area"

"My neighborhood is a great start to homeownership but not a final place to settle down . If you are looking to start your independent journey than this is a good place to begin. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for three years. The people are friendly and the place is safe. There are some problems however, like inadequate public transportation, as well as a lack of opportunities for younger people. I also wish the city would have been more progressive. Still, if you like a slower paced lifestyle, where people take the time to say “hello,” this might be a great place to settle. "

"Great area! I’ve lived here for 5 years and never had any problems. Shopping is great and love the fact the I can go right down the street to work out at the YMCA and that I’m 5 mins always from my job. That’s the reason why I moved to Salisbury "
