Smith, Arkansas, population about 80,000, is 45 miles northeast. Fishing opportunities for bass, crappie, perch, blue gill and other pan fish are abundant in this part of the state of Oklahoma.

The land is completely fenced with field fence and has been used to goats, horses and cattle. It is cross fenced into two different pastures for rotational grazing or separation of stock. Each pasture has a pond for livestock and are all stocked with variety of fish. There are building spots on the land with excellent views of Poteau Mountain.
