Small covered patio area.

It has been completely updated with new windows, fixtures, counters in the past few years. It is freshly painted on the inside the exterior is the process of getting painted. New tub and shower surround in master bath. (We are still in the process of making it ready). Central Heat and Air. Well water. Gas range and water heater. Refrigerator is not furnished.

This home is on 18 acres sharing the area with five other homes which are owned by one owner. Owner lives off site. Private road. This is country living. There are no manicured lawns, sidewalks and curbing, roads are not paved. Even though it is very close to town and to Western Street and Sundown Street, it is incredibly quiet and peaceful.

Sundown Elementary, Pinnacle Intermediate, and Randall High schools are within 1-2 miles.

    "In Amarillo it is very common for dogs to be stolen from back yards. People mark your fence during the day then come back at night or when no one is there and steal the dogs for dog fighting/money. As long as you make sure your dogs are never outside when no one is home or at night it should be okay. Just be cautious. "

    "Good walking area, 4 parks within walking distance. Downtown is right up the street. Because the Salvation Army is just on the other side of downtown we do get the random weirdo both in the alley and snooping around at night. I personally have only had 2 issues iin 2 years. 1 was someone about to steal a package from my porch. The other was was people parking in the alley in front of my garage. My dogs love to walk in the neighborhood. Harrison st is notorious for having it’s residence blocking the walkway. "
