New carpet and both new interior and new exterior paint. New roof in 2014. Covered front and back Porches. Sets on 1/2 acre lot with large fenced back yard. We pay for water and garbage as we are on a well and we all use the same dumpster. The house has septic so no sewer bills. Saves you a hundred a month in utility bills. The home is back off the main road about a blk, at the end of the dead end Street. Just minutes to military bases ( use the back roads to East gate to Fort Lewis 260th to 8th ave to East Gate Rd and your there in about 10 to 15 minutes. ) and just 2.5 miles to shopping( grocery, fast food, gas, restaurants, etc) and post office and 4.5 miles to Walmart, 10 minutes to Home Depot and lots of other places.
$200.00 pet fee per pet. subject to approval. Pet fee(s) are non refundable.
 Storage shed is 8 x 12 feet

 Those of you not actually here in Washington State should wait till you get here to look for a rental. There are usually plenty available. We will not hold a rental.

It's actually not that bad, there are just a few unneighborly people 😬 living in the area. They come & go, but most people living here have been here @ least 10yrs. Which is Great 😀, like a family on our block. Kids went to school together, and still have a close relationship with the neighbors till this day!!! 😁💖🏘️"

    "I’ve only seen a couple loose dogs maybe 2 times since I’ve lived here , that’s almost 2.5 years. I’d say if there’s non running around it’s a good sign. If there are dogs loose running around that’s not good. But not here in Spanaway."
