Aunt Rose's Place is a fully furnished Duplex rental, centrally located in Historic Downtown Monroe Michigan. Stay for a night or for months! All utilities are included with DirectTV and Internet access provided. The house is not childproof but we do have a highchair and playpen available.

This duplex features a two bedroom lower unit that sleeps 6, with a handicap shower with a build in seat, dishwasher, street and alley parking, private laundry, key-less entry, room darkening curtains, mattress and pillow protectors, The upper 1 bedroom unit sleeps 3, has a tub with a bench seat, a laundry in the basement.

Rates:
Upper 1 BR: $79 per night, $417 per week ($60/night) $1600 Month ($53/night),
Lower BR $ 99 per night, $586 per week ($83/night) $1800 Month ($60/night)
Refundable security deposit $250
Cleaning fee: $80 Upper and $100 Lower
Pet cleaning fee $150
6% Use Tax except no tax on stays over 30 nights
