The huge open living area features an extra-large sectional that is perfect for movie nights, game days, or just chilling after a sun-soaked beach adventure.

Catch some serious vacation vibes in one of three roomy bedrooms, all with king-size beds made for ultimate relaxation! Two rooms let you slide straight out to the side yard to soak up the sunshine, while the third has its own private entrance by the garage perfect for sneaking out to enjoy that fresh coastal breeze anytime you like!

No waiting for showers here! With 3 full bathrooms (2 en-suites!), there's plenty of space for everyone to freshen up after a day at the beach.

    "Palm Harbor Subdivision is just a five minute walk from EVERYTHING. There is a Publix grocery store, CVS and Walgreens, great coffee, salons and even church, but most importantly, THE BEACH. It is a great communting area because you can get to I75 in 20 minutes. "

    "I lived on this street years ago. The view is now blocked by the next streets put in behind it blocking water views. The golf course is there so the homes get hit constantly with golf balls. Believe me, I lived there for 4 years! Windows were broken Dings into the side, front and front door etc. I would go deeper in for better views or to the very end of the streets. Schools are not good, I don't recommend the area for families with young children. Just my opinion but my children went to private schools. Pricey home without a pool. I can't believe there's no pool."
