This is a nice non-smoking/vaping remodeled 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home that will go fast. 2 tones colors blend nicely with all furnishings throughout. Central heat & air, remodeled kitchen and bathroom areas, combined with great floorings allows for easy cleaning. Master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home for privacy with its own half bath area. The kitchen boasts of tons of cabinet and counter spaces.
If needed, there is a side by side stainless steel refrigerator, stove and a washer & dryer. The kitchen has a sink disposal and dishwasher for efficiency. There is a large living room which has a separate medium sized office area adjoining the space. There are ceiling fans and blinds in all the rooms. The resident pays electric and water.

Outside is a large carport, shade trees and a storm cellar for safety. What more could you possibly want!

Deposit is $950 and may be split over 2-3 months for qualified applicant (s). Pet fees are separate. You must make $2,900. monthly gross income to qualify for this non-smoking/vaping home. No credit check, we do however conduct nationwide criminal, eviction, rental and employment screenings. Application fee required to process approval. This is a 12 month lease.
