About this House

A rare architectural offering in a highly walkable neighborhood overlooking the Bloomfield Bridge, this contemporary residence was thoughtfully designed and built just five years ago by a top-tier architect(Jared Fulton). The home showcases masterful use of light, space, and clean lines—far from a builder-grade “modern” home.

Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout flood the interior with natural light, including dramatic corner glass windows that frame beautiful city views. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas seamlessly connect to an expansive deck, creating an ideal indoor-outdoor living experience.

The home features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a highly flexible floor plan that easily accommodates multiple workspaces, a game or family room, and additional multipurpose rooms on the finished lower level. A private office on the second floor and a one-car garage add convenience to the thoughtful design.

Architectural and engineering details elevate the home’s comfort and quality. An ICF foundation provides strength and energy efficiency, while exposed premium-grade Douglas fir joists across the first floor create a striking loft-like aesthetic. A custom engineered soundproofing solution above preserves the beauty of exposed wood without sacrificing quiet living spaces.

High-quality commercial-grade 26-gauge corrugated steel siding offers exceptional durability and low maintenance. The interior features imported Italian doors with hidden hinges, marble finishes, and a custom lighting plan designed by a professional lighting specialist.

Spacious, airy rooms and an abundance of natural light create a home that is as comfortable as it is beautiful—where architectural design, custom engineering, and everyday livability exist in perfect harmony. Opportunities to own a home in Lawrenceville designed with this level of care and architectural intention are exceedingly rare.

This home is exceptionally beautiful, spacious, and modern. The primary bedroom suite occupies the entire third floor, offering privacy and comfort. Alternatively, the primary bedroom could also be located on the second floor, where there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an office.

The deck and views are spectacular. Corner floor-to-ceiling windows (a glass wall) create an incredible open feel, connecting the home to nature and filling the space with natural light.
The game room walks out to a play area under the deck and includes anadditional room that can be used for storage / workspace or music practice space.

Location: Ideally situated close to everything Pittsburgh has to offer. Major hospitals, renowned universities, downtown, and some of the city’s most historic neighborhoods are just minutes away. Enjoy a vibrant, versatile neighborhood with restaurants, shops, and convenient public transportation just steps from your door.

"They would like to know that the food wasn’t as good as we thought, it was actually way better than ever thought. Food is as absolutely amazing "
  • Trulia User
"I have lived in the neighborhood for close to 5 years. We owned the restaurant around the corner from our townhouse and have many, many people whom we have met in the neighborhood and surrounding area that are just like family. It’s a great little community "
  • Trulia User
"i work from home so i do not have a commute but it’s easy to get to any neighborhood from this location. in middle of everything "
  • Trulia User
"it's a lively and very hilly neighborhood with close knit homes and little back yard. but the close access to downtown a few parks can make up for it."
  • Trulia User
"Traffic is heavy at peak times. Otherwise it seems like a good place to walk a dog while leashed. There is park space if you can find it."
  • Trulia User
"There are a lot of busy intersections in Central Lawrenceville, so please be aware when walking with your children "
  • Navayah G.
"theres sidewalks and grass areas for their dogs everywhere. there’s a park right up the street. "
  • Rvmoran11
"I enjoy the Restaurants in general, but restaurant week is when the higher end places craft a menu specifically for the week. There is also something called open streets where the Main Street (Butler) is closed and people can walk, bike, skateboard, etc without worrying about traffic. For kids there is a cookie tour. Each store gives cookies away while parents get to shop. "
  • Amy.e.baker
"Dog park nearby, river trail, lots of sidewalks and mixed industrial spaces to walk your dog. Houses close together w/ fences. I have a dog and luckily the neighbors dog and her get along, sniff and play through the wire fence. "
  • Patrick O.
"No public transportation, the city needs a subway system instead of just buses. Please start construction on the subway system to all the neighborhoods "
  • Paz C.
"Lots of families and great restaurants! We enjoy living here and love walking to school, farmers market and yoga."
  • SARA
"There’s a dog park And it’s really weird. They have parties .... there was a Halloween party this week and they had a folding table filled with food and drinks/ wings cupcakes beer punch ..... they also had boxes of customers, they were really pushy about dressing my dogs up but they didn’t offer me a beer... weird place "
  • Sarcastikdan01
"It’s quiet for a city neighborhood. The neighbors are relatively respectful. It’s incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. There are great restaurants within walking distance. I feel safe walking my dog at night; however, there are a couple houses with drug dealers. The police presence could be better and the roads are terrible."
