The home is a stone's throw from Sundown Elementary - and about 1 1/2 miles from Randall High. It is south of the loop on Western just north of Sundown Lane. Just out of the City Limits - but less than 2 miles gets you to the loop and the into the hustle bustle of town. It is very quiet. If you would like to live in the country, this is the place for you and your family!

The house was completely rehabbed a few years ago. Central heat/air. Wood floors. Custom built cabinets. New siding and metal roof. Everything is fresh and shiny.

This an "in country" property. It is out of the city limits but 2 miles from the Loop and Western. It Is not a development with paved roads, curbs, landscaped lawns. If you would like to live in the country - the peace and quiet, kids can roam around but want quick access to town - this is the place for you.

$1300 month/$1000 deposit. Small pets okay (with approval) $500 non-refundable deposit for each. Six month or one year lease. Credit and security checks required. All electric with well water. NO SMOKING

People mark your fence during the day then come back at night or when no one is there and steal the dogs for dog fighting/money. As long as you make sure your dogs are never outside when no one is home or at night it should be okay. Just be cautious. "

Because the Salvation Army is just on the other side of downtown we do get the random weirdo both in the alley and snooping around at night. I personally have only had 2 issues iin 2 years. 1 was someone about to steal a package from my porch. The other was was people parking in the alley in front of my garage. My dogs love to walk in the neighborhood. Harrison st is notorious for having it’s residence blocking the walkway. "
