About me.. I am a highly motivated young professional and I live in California part of the year but I will still be back in town randomly throughout the year. I want to keep this property so I've decided to rent out two of the bedrooms in this 3 bedroom 1 bath house. I will be keeping my bedroom for when I am in town and I am renting out the other two rooms. A good majority of the time you will have the entire house to yourselves. You'll split the cost of the utilities with your roommate. When I am in town we can all split it 3-ways. It is wired for Comcast service but I believe Fios is available as well. With Comcast I was paying just 20 a month for internet.
The house is fully furnished with nice furnishings. I am looking for someone responsible who will treat the home as if it were their own. The two rooms available are both very large. The master has an additional private office room attached to it which will be yours as well. I am offering both rooms at 550 a month each. There is also a 550 refundable security deposit required. I have intentionally placed these rooms slightly below market value for this area because I would like to pick the best tenants. Please don't call me if you have a criminal background no job past evictions and/or collections. I will find out and you'll just be wasting your time. This is a peaceful home and I would like to keep it that way.
I am looking for long term tenants I don't want to deal with people moving in and out especially if I'm out of town. I'd like a minimum 1 year lease agreement. No seasonal travelers please.
