About this House

2 large lots 5 miles Northwest of Asher Oklahoma in Woodhaven Lake Camper Village, Blk C lot 40 and 41. Approximately .4 of an acre. Needs to be cleared but it is walking distance to a small lake where the community has hosted fishing tournaments. Would make a great bug-out spot, build a tiny home, or set up a moblie or a camper. If you would like to drive there and check it out, please do. (once inside Camper Lake Village, it is on Ingram Drive between Long Street and Shane Drive) To find the property lines you would have to measure according to the map pictured here. $3,000 total includes both lots. Please text if you can. I check my voicemail less frequently. I believe there is an electric pole you can pay to hook into (I can't remember exactly) and I don't think there are any other utilities. Others live there so there is probably a way to get a water line.

I love Asher Schools.We moved to Asher from Noble a year ago and I can't tell you how much my children's attitude and performance increased. The teachers are great and go out of their way to make sure that the children get the education they deserve! The parents are all very involved in school activities and the Principal as awesome! Go Indians!

"I live here and it’s small and quaint. But it’s to big for me and I don’t care for people and neighbors. I want to be able to let my kids outside to play and my dog’s run. I like nature and woods and animals. Somewhere I can have chicken, cow’s and horses. This is a awesome little town. People are great. Just to big for me. It has a school, Dollar General, Sinclair and convenient store. Oh and tire shop! Post office, fire station, city hall and a real estate company, and auction. "

"there is not much traffic, but if your dog get out of house or yard there is a pricy ticket. but it only seems to be a problem if you have a large dog. "

"The people are sociable and friendly and watch out for each other. Almost everyone is on a first name basis. Good school, churches, and small town. "
