A restorers dream. Built in 1889, this charming Victorian still has much of its original character. Wide baseboards, crown molding, detailed trim around doors, doors have operational transoms, 12 ft ceilings in majority of the house, glass doorknobs, Original tall windows let in lots of light.

Old roof was torn off and replaced with an architectural shingled roof summer of 2008. Exterior was professionally painted summer of 2008.
