"Gatherings with friends on a regular basis with friends that live in my neighborhood. We have parties and potlucks. "
  • D.schmidt2022
"About 25 minutes easy drive and very enjoyable with Mountain View’s and lush foliage everywhere! People are very considerate and friendly. "
  • Tiffany Wright
"It’s quiet. Not deep in the woods but you do have a good sized yard, not too many neighbors and bring this neighborhood is mostly woods and a few rds with horses in between. But only eight minutes from oak ridge. Two minutes from Oliver springs. "
  • Jennifer Robbins
"My neighborhood is family friendly, quiet and well maintained. I was born and raised here and am raising my own family here as well. "
  • Paulmenchhofer
"Cars drive very fast on the roads around here and there is no way that a dog would live very long if it were allowed to roam freely. I would not want to be a dog owner in this community"
  • Eloisa M.
"It’s nice quiet area. I really like it. My family recently relocated here and I find its to be a nice area for the family. There is absence of pride here among the older generations that u don’t see in other places. "
  • Hkgraham22
"I love Clinton. It is a small and tight knit community. There is not much crime, and I feel very safe living here. I’ve lived here for 25 years. "
  • Leslie
"A lot of nice paved walking around the apartment complex. There is also a big field that one could play fetch in."
  • Ctwitty40
"Friendly neighborhood and pet friendly people. Considerate neighbors that keep property up and dogs quiet. "
  • Olivia C.
"There are so many dogs and cat around where I live. Some are nice and some are mean just gotta make sure you keep dog on a leash at all times no matter what. Some also pick up after them and some don’t. "
  • Robertsma09
"I love this neighborhood. It is wonderful and the schools are great! My family and I hope to buy a house soon. We are very happy."
  • April B.
"Everyone is really friendly in South Clinton and we all watch out for one another. There are several parks, sidewalks are kept, and close to Knoxville "
  • GoodNeighbor
"Grew up around here years ago. Got to be one of the best areas to live. People are friendly. Feel safe here. Convenient area. Could have a few more restaurants, but were close enough to just about anything with a short drive."
  • Shanda H
"It’s easy in a town this small. My commute is local so only a 10 min drive to my work and to any shops or restaurants. If you want better shops, the drive to Knoxville is only 25 mins away. "
  • lylasioux
"Crime of any kind. Who's children live where. Questionable dogs or other pets that may be a danger to others in the neighborhood."
  • Jbunit43
"I've lived in this area for two years. neighbors are amazing. everyone is helpful and looks after each other."
  • April D. B.
"I've lived here for years and love it! The neighborhood is great, safe, and very clean. Schools are beyond excellent! Tons of parks, rivers, and lakes. "
  • Grovetontrucker55
"nice, friendly, dont bother you, everything I need is here or close by. More like a big town than a city. Heaven on earth."
  • agg
"This neighborhood is stable and family friendly. All the lots are at least double. The county is good about attending to roads and utilities. The Clinton school district is outstanding."
  • Pamnora
"I live here and wish I could stay here but we need to downsize kiddos are grown and moved away,I wish we could just build a smaller house rite on this same location...love all of my wonderful neighbors we all watch out for each other and help one another "
  • mommy12345678910
"I have a child in Clinton School Systems and it is great... They make sure your child knows what they need to for your age... even have a 3 year old they are allowing to begin speech therapy so she will be caught up before entering kindergarten. Law enforcement in the area are great and really do what they need to do ensure that residents have a safe enviroment to live in... I feel this is a great place to raise my children drug use is up as it is in alot of tennessee counties but it is not as bad as some other places around here and I feel that this is still a good place for children there is not much that they can get into that they shouldn't be doing! again the schools are great and there is alot of great parks for the children!!!!!!!!!! (I highly recommend Clinton City Schools)"
