"Warren has a nice dog park down town. In Touisset there are no sidewalks so dog owners need to walk in the street. "
  • Billy Radlein
"Been here for three years and love it, many friendly people here, walkable town, lots of historic charm and beauty with water views. There’s lots of community based events and entertainment, it’s very artsy with great restaurants while also having a decent blue collar population. Properties may be expensive but I’d say it’s one of the safest parts of the state."
  • Mg_biz
"Lots of people walk their dogs and we have a cemetery that’s like a park for people to walk around with their dogs and there’s also a barrel that someone puts out to put the doggie bags in"
  • awhollis18
"Friendly neighbors, festive around the holidays, lots of restaurants and bars and cafes. It is great. "
  • Khb831

  • Trulia User
"Touisset is a farming community that has a cluster of homes at the end of the peninsula that is very family friendly."
  • Caitlyn.decastro
"In Touisset point the neighborhood all gathers at the community club for potlucks, seasonal parties and games etc. On nice days you will always find people out walking and biking, and kids playing in the neighborhood. Downtown warren is not far with restaurants and shops."
  • Jay.acciardo
"5 Minutes from highway, extremely commuter friendly and close by, along with being off highway friendly as well "
  • Rosy G.
"Short time living here people are very friendly. Enjoy walking everywhere. Warren is a very dog friendly town."
  • Caitlyn.decastro
"Everyone walks their dogs around the neighborhood and down to the beach, the yards are all on the larger side and most families are able to let their dogs run around. "
  • Crackerundercover
"Lots of scenic walking routes here. But there is a lot of farm equipment and landscaping equipment coming and going. Can be loud "
  • Debradurrell
"Beware of speeders when walking on streets with no sidewalks. Especially when walking your dogs and with children. Downtown warren is very nice. There are many shops and restaurants to visit within a small walking distance of the general parking lots. "
  • Ferreirajrd
"it's in the center of town. convenient a market across the street. the post office a block away. the bike path is up the street."
  • Debbie Krous
"I've lived in the Touisset Point section of Warren for over 33 years. I love It! Beautiful neighborhood, great neighbors, friendly place with real, old time, community spirit. Our community club offers activities for the young, teens, and adults. Holidays bring on a festive spirit. While I may live in and love Touisset Point, I have also participated in multiple events in town. All I can say is that Warren is a wonderful place to live, for singles, married with children, and older folks like me. I couldn't ask for a nicer town to live in."
  • Ktschifino
"A small very creative town with many events. People are active and love using the bike path. Many like to fish off the bridge. While others like small town shopping. But most of all this town takes care of each other like family. "
  • Kathy R.
"Highway is a few minutes away access to 95, route 24, and I-195, Easy access to providence and surrounding towns like Newport easy"
  • ata689
"The Laurel Park area is a scenic, safe and friendly area. Everyone takes pride in their surroundings and keeps their property neat and tidy. The LPIA Beach Association provides beach access, parking and year-round events. A truly wonderful neighborhood."
  • Kathryn S.
"I lived in Warren for seven years before retiring to Florida. I grew up nearby in Barrington. I still own a house on Market St. Warren is friendly, busy, welcoming and affordable. Theater, water, restaurants and nightlife abound. Easy access bikepath, easy commute to Rt 195. Public transportation frequent to both Providence and Newport. Arts at your fingertips. Great small town America. Like they say, Smallest town in the smallest county in the smallest state, but not without a big heart!!!"
