"Started in the 60’s long before subdivisions and sewers came in. Sadly the mobile homes have gone they way of chicken houses. Now there are 2-3 story town houses replacing them. Can’t beat the privacy and view. Happy to have lived here for over 50 years before the great influx!"

"I lived here for 10 years love the area and all the daily shopping needs are close plus great neighbors and lots of kids for my kids to play with close to Rehoboth any of good not find a more central place to live at the beach which is 2.5 miles away."
