"Great. No traffic and easy access to all highways around the surrounding area. Especially for people who work in the Lawrence area. "
  • JI.
"Baldwin is one of the safest places I’ve ever lived. I’ve been here for 99% of my life and still love baldwin and it’s people. "
  • Brian G.
"The schools are not as good as they used to be and they repeatedly disregard serious mental health concerns with students. And do not truly make a concerted effort to stop true bullying. The utilities are overly expensive and the lack of sidewalks really sucks. Midland train depot and their events are a lot of fun and unique though."
  • Crystalglenn82
"Baldwin City is a beautiful commute. I love the small hilly roads and the trees a gorgeous. The roads for the most part are well maintained. I love the brick roads in town but you have to drive slowly."
  • Patti A.
"Maple leaf festival is a well know event that takes place every year in Baldwin City. It’s a good time with lots of visitors in town. "
  • Hannah R.
"The big event is Maple Leaf Festival, but they usually have random events throughout the year. the have a couple local concerts and wine tasting. They started having art shows every month and during the summer they had a wedding walk."
  • Ashleigh G. B.
"The neighbors are nice. The kids all play together well. We watch out for each other and pets. It's clean safe and fun. "
  • Misscarolrp
"Small town charm with friendly people. Has a few stores for necessities. Quiet neighborhoods, safer feel than the bigger cities. "
  • Matt4rachael
"I live in the maple wood apt and have had a lot of drug people walking the streets and roads during the day "
