"it wasn't a friendly community and not healthy for anyone. they do not refund the security deposit, the gated area is very dark and they rely on the supermarket lights to keep it lit. there are stolen commercial carts everywhere and drug sales. unless it is cutting grass season prepare to look at dog waste."

"The drive is horrible and the traffic which is 300 feet from your front door is deafening! A ten lane super hwy and that’s what you wake up to at 4:30 am every day ! Or you can take the train a mile away which you can also here every morning blasting it’s way to islip train station . "
