3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you are able to put your child in another school district or private school, please do so. The staff turn around rate is high. My child was here from 6-8th grade. Only the 8th grade team of teachers were great at communicating and caring for the students. The 8th grade dean is horrible. She is in the wrong field. As a restorative practice (punishment) she has the students in the cafeteria stand up against the wall and eat their lunch. My son has sensory overload which he sits by himself at time. He was punished many times. He got up to drop the trash and he was put on the wall to finish his lunch. The principal allows this to happen. As an educator myself, I wonder what part of her education taught her that this is the way to solve things. She does not find a way to build relationships with the students. This was not told only by my child, but also other students. I had to get the district involved to get another meeting. She suspended my son without contact to me. My biggest regret is not taking this to the board and social media. I’m sure other parents are not aware.Parent Review1y ago19 Reviews - Christiana High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSchool is a horrible school. The administration is a joke. They are just titles. They do help the kids The principal is the WORST. I can go one and on about him. He is a disgrace to education Who gave him his job? He know someone . I have emailed him and called numerous times in the last 2 years since my student has been there and still have not geo in contact with me. He pushes parents off to other people which issues don’t get resolved. Where is his leadership 12 feet under. Get rid of him. The special education is just the as bad. My child’s needs not have been met since he been there. Out there in stuff in his IEP that doesn’t benefit him. Just get rid of the whole school except Mrs. Reyes in the front office the secretary is more invested the students then counselors, principals, and teachers. Give her the job of principal. Thank you Mrs Reyes for going above and beyond for our students.Parent Review9mo ago10 Reviews - Check out schools near 40 Browns Ln.

"Its not a terrible neighborhood or anything and there is a good amount of kids varying in age but it also has some people that are questionable so I always use caution. my 7 year old isn't allowed to play outside without someone watching her like a hawk. "
