"I live in the area. It is safe and convenient to everything. Just steps away from the Eastern Trail, Scarborough Marsh, Scarborough Municipal Center and the School Complex. Less than 5 minutes from grocery shopping, medical complex, several beaches, the Maine Mall and the Portland Jetport. It is also very easy access to the Maine Turnpike and Interstate 295. Less than 10 minutes to the Old Port!"
  • Marie C.
"I lived on Pine Point road and loved it in summer as well as winter. Eastern trail & marshes with wildlife was fabulous."
  • Marie C.
"Great area, very close to beach, walk to Bailey's Clam , ice cream stand. Kinds can walk to ball park. Loved it here!"

"This is one of the best areas of Portland. Easy 2 minutes to beautiful Higgins Beach and Prouts Neck, yet only 7 minutes to the Old Port, Airport or Mall. So convenient, yet beautiful and spacious lots make this area of Pleasant Hill seem like Estate lots. So much room for privacy, children, yet nestled in a beautiful neighborhood of upscale and well cared for homes."
