About this House

House is nestled near Anastasia State park and is newly remodeled. It is very cute and quaint with lots of natural light! It has new(2018) Kitchen and appliances, new roof, new hurricane impact windows, new plumbing, new electrical, new everything. The space has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a new fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. The first room has a full bed with a half bathroom in it, the second room has a queen bed in it, and the third room doubles as an office with a daybed in it. There is a multi car paver driveway and a garage that can hold one car. The house is very energy efficient! Utility costs are very affordable due to the house being newly upgraded. The fully fenced backyard is very spacious with plenty of room and paver patio to enjoy the lovely days St Augustine has to offer. The location is perfect and very desirable, downtown and the beach are only a 5 minute drive in either direction. There are also walking and biking trails to follow. And the St. Augustine Amphitheater which boosts adorable farmers markets and incredible concerts is only a 10-15 minute walk away.

Pets are negotiable. Absolutely no smoking in the house. There is a multi car paver driveway and a garage that can house one car. The house is very energy efficient! Utility costs are very affordable due to the house being newly upgraded. Yearly lease which will require first month, last month, and security deposit. Month to month could be negotiable. I do not live in St Augustine but I have 2 people who manage the property for me. Yard maintenance is included.
