"Only one bus in the town, but it’s in the middle of town. Clark is the first and last stop to and from NYC. Kind of far to walk if it’s 90 degrees out in the summer, or zero in the winter or snowing. Must have car or take Uber."

"Clark is a middle class town that doesn’t have a super rich neighborhood nor does it have any poor neighborhoods. Having grown up next door in Westfield, I can say from experience that The people in Clark are much more real."

"They are building a mall and traffic will be bad. That mall will have 33 plus stores. That whole area will become a parking lot. Simple things will take much longer. Location, Location, Location. If it was not for that it would be great. Not worth the trouble."

"Great views of designated wildlife refuge. Excellent school district and township recreation programs, great local shopping here and in surrounding towns, easy access to the GSP, lots of family restaurants in town with many upscale restaurants just a short drive away. Very good library and several well-kept parks for walking, biking, running. "
