jms is one of the best schools you could possibly go to. the teachers help the students, the education is amazing, etc. the tax you pay to go to this school is worth it. if the student is advanced, they have opportunity to do take advanced classes. 10/10 school, would TOTALLY recommend.

The district's reputation has progressed from excellent to best. Most reviews reflect parents who value academics. A select few expect the schools to raise their children. If you're one of those parents, then this school is not for you. The district has veered off course slightly with some mandated SEL (which this website and the state pushes) and some ideological intrusion in the high school (corroborated with input from another parent). My daughter's class holds meetings where teachers untrained in therapy encourage kids to reveal personal information to the class. Thankfully we have no family drama, but my daughter has shared with me private ancectodotes about classmates whose parents might not be happy to learn that their kids are revealing. Hopefully the school will course correct. Overall, I am happy with Jericho's continued commitment to academic learning.

My children attended Robert Seaman Elementary School after having transferred from a small Catholic School from out of state. The teachers at Robert Seaman went above and beyond to help my children catch up academically. I was very impressed. My children went on to flourish at Jericho Middle School and even more so at Jericho High School. Both attended top universities. My children also made lasting friendships at Jericho. One if the best decisions we ever made was purchasing a home in the Jericho school district.
